National Highways Authority Of India [NHAI] — complaint about toll plaza service regarding pass

I am a pass user at negdiya toll plaza near nathdwara, rajsamand, rajasthan.
First they told us to convert pass into fastag. We complied to that. Now they do not recharge our fastag till it's recharge expires. Means if my recharge expire on date 7 then they would not recharge till after 7 it means if it is sunday then you could not recharge it because office holiday, so we have to suffer extra charges for day despite having pass. And when we recharge our fastag then it takes 20 to 30 mins to get activate. We have to wait 30 mins at toll plaza. Mere wastage of time. Fastag was introduced to save time but our time is deliberately wasted.
Office time is 10am to 6 pm at toll plaza. It is not practically possible to cope up with such situations. Please get our (Pass) fastag recharge system online.
