National Highways Authority Of India [NHAI] — Complaint against Ghaghar toll plaza

Address:Ghaghar toll plaza

I'm at toll plaza and waited for atleast 2 minutes but vehicle in front of me not moved. I ask the computer operator to free my fee of toll but he directly refused and said that there is no rule of 10 second. I have recorded the statement of the person who said that.
