National Highways Authority Of India [NHAI] — Complaint for wasting our time at IRB Bagvada in Fastag lane

Dear sir/mam

At IRB Bagvada(Gujarat) toll plaza, in Fastag lane no 5(Ahemdabad to Mumbai) from last 4 to 5 days there is a traffic in Fastag lane because at IRB Navsari or any other toll plaza do not waste our time & lane is clear or no traffic related issue but at IRB Bagvada unnecessarily wasting our time. Please do the needful in this matter. Thank you for give us your valuable time.
