National Highways Authority Of India [NHAI] — complaint regarding allowing big vehicles to pass through lane for small vehicles and using abusive language

Sir i am a respectable citizen of this country i want to draw your attention towards the fact that the toll authorities are allowing the big vehicles to pass through the lane applicable only for small vehicles which is creating a lot of problem for us. This is also causing a lot of jam on the toll plaza and it is consuming a lot of time. The fact that they are also using abusive language also is a major concern. I wish that our problem should be looked in and an prompt action should be taken.
