National Highways Authority Of India [NHAI] — Complaint regarding collecting toll fee when I have not crossed the said toll plaza

I am an Advocate practicing in the courts at Tirunelveli. I have two cars with Registration Nos. TN72AP0145 & TN72BR5599 linked with fastag account through paytm with my mobile number. I noticed several times that there was difference in the balance shown in the message of my last crossing in a toll fee plaza and during the next crossing of the toll fee plaza during my next journey I was unable to find out the cause of the difference in the balance. Now on[protected] my two cars were in my garage in my residence at Jeyanthipuram in Tirunelveli till 10.40 a.m. At 10.40 a.m. i travelled from my residence at Jeyanthipuram to the District Court at Palayamkottai which is just 3kms from my house and returned from the Court after finishing my court work to my residence at about 1.10 p.m. on[protected]. After reaching my house I opened my mobile to remove it from vibration mode. during the said process i found a message from paytm which has reached my phone at 1.02 p.m. on[protected] wherein it was stated that Rs.105 was deducted from my paytm account with taxation id 0036003859220325090943 stating that my vehicle number TN72AP0145 crossed the Salaipudur toll plaza on[protected] at 9.09 a.m. But my car was only at my house at 9.09 a.m. in Tirunelveli. It didnot cross the Tirunelveli city limit for the past nearly ten days. It is a mystery how the Salaipudur toll plaza was able to collect Rs.105 from my paytm account when my car was only within the Tirunelveli city Corporation limits. So you are hereby directed by me to furnish the video clipping of the said toll plaza during the relevant time ie 9.09 a.m. on[protected] by which the above toll fee was collected in the said taxation id for my reference. I further state that your act in deducting toll fee when my car has not actually made any journey in the highway within the Salaipudur Toll jurisdiction amounts to "deficiency in service and unfair trade practice". I further state that your act in collecting a toll fee without any usage by my vehicle has cause great mental agony and torture and has caused serious apprehension that I am being cheated by the electronic device without any fault on my side. You are hereby directed to restore the amount thus collected without my usage to my account at the earliest and tender unconditional written apology to me within three days from the date of this complaint failing which I will be constrained to institute appropriate legal proceedings through consumer forum and also by invoking the Special original jurisdiction of the Honourable High Court of Madras.
