National Highways Authority Of India [NHAI] — complaint regarding toll roads

We came from overseas. We wear stuck at the toll and we know there is a rule that after 3 minutes there is no toll when we told them that thing the toll people started fighting with us. No respect at all. And they was acting like goons. One of our family made a video of them. Please have some educated people at toll who knows how to talk respectfully. Very disappointing!!

Though there are service roads two wheelers are using highway from kolhapur to satara which causes more accidents why do u take toll amount if two wheelers are allowed no disciplinary action taken against them please do the needful and save life
