National Highways Authority Of India [NHAI] — Complete for Toll naka

Resp sir,

I had travelled by my car MH02DS 6979 on 11/11/2020 and returned back on 18/11/2020 from mum to sawantwadi

My complaints are

1)At anewadi toll on 11/11 at 11.03 am 65rs cash was taken and fastag payment was also done.He had given fake receipt of other car no2122

2)on 18/11/2020 at taswade toll at 10.21am 75rs was deducted and at 10.27am 190 rs was deducted

3)on 18/11/2020at 3.06 pm at airoli toll 40rs was deducted and cash 40 rs was taken saying fastag was not working.i got original receipt with me

so pl do the needful
