National Highways Authority Of India [NHAI] — Cut toll charge in local area

I complaining again that me resi is near toll plaza around 2 km KATHUWAS .
These all toll employ always cut my toll by my fast tag and says we are not cutting your toll. they are doing again and again, i complaint before two months but no buddy wants to take any action, i think department also includes in this type of contractors. my details are below

V NO. DL9CAY 5057. MY MOTHER AGE 90 YEARS USE THIS CAR IN VILLAGE HURIA KALAN, NEAR KATHUWAS WITH DRIVER.
