National Highways Authority Of India [NHAI] — Cutting of toll tax even after showing the id card and on duty

The person at Murthal toll plaza misbehaved and talked in an inappropriate manner and even after showing the I'd card and was on duty still he deliberately cut the toll tax by typing the car details in the system.strict action should be taken against it and the same should be informed through email.
