National Highways Authority Of India [NHAI] — daily dispute and traffic jam at bhigan toll plaza sonipat distt haryana

The toll authority does not have any proper management, no proper lines. I travel to and fro more than 10 times a day. I have a membership card but still need to wait in lanes and heavy traffic. People keep splitting lanes and intervene in between. Haryanvi bouncers anr there always standing there to fight whenever someone complaints. Use of abusive language. Please take care of this highway authority.

On NH53 near Sachin GIDC gate to surat Road between 10 km road 15 heavy speed breaker put

we are giving tall to them for the fast road but this 15 heavy speed breaker is dame our cars

kindly give the reason for that why on NH 53 in 10 Km road putting 15 heavy speed breaker ?
