I have been travelling from Noida to Nanital for more than 10 years. The toll plaza at Dasna ahead of Ghaziabad has no fees information boards either on the road side nor on the booths where you pay the money. If you are unaware of the toll rates and you ask them the rate, they always say Rs 45 (return charges.One way charge is Rs 30). If you confront the booth attendant they are ready to fight. This time the booth attendant told me that it is my responsibility to know the rates and ask for a one way ticket. All other toll booths ahead of Dasna has big display boards on the road side as well as on the booths. Lets see if NHAI will look into this. +1 photos Was this information helpful? No (0) Yes (0)

I have faced the same problem today wheras I am a regular traveller from ghaziabad to nainital. The behaviour of the toll staff is horrible. They dont know how to speak properly and misbehave when on being enquired. How to check the credibility and validity of this toll plaza ?
