As I could not recharge my fastag account due to technical glitch at fastag login site, I offered cash for the trip but the lady at the Anewadi toll plaza asked me to pay double amount. I recharged my fastag account right at that point and asked her to scan the fastag and the scan was successful but I couldn't receive any message regd this to show her and she told me that the scan happened for the vehicle behind my car. I forced to take my vehicle back and talk with fastag officer. I talked with customer care and got to know that the amount has deducted at toll plaza. After that I took my car to toll point and the lady allowed me to pass but at that point also the amount was deducted. I asked her that the amount should not deduct twice, and she said it wont. But in actual the amount deducted twice. Kindly revert the amount for one trip.
