National Highways Authority Of India [NHAI] — Deduction of toll charges st srinagar toll located at palwal-hodal on 16/01/2021 and 18/01/2021

My car having chasis no. MAT626350LKN50034 (NO. WAS APPLIED) HAVING FAST TAG customer ID 10414885. Baroda fast tag[protected] charged rs 105 on each day16/01/2021 and 18/01/2021, i. e. Rs 210, , while on these days due to kusan andolan these tolls were free, then why they charged.
So I am requesting you to refund rhe above amount to my fast tag account,
