National Highways Authority Of India [NHAI] — Deduction of wrong toll fee at Jakhauli & Duhai toll plaza from Fastag

Dear Sir/Ma'am,

I was travels to Panipat from Ghaziabad every week. I take Duhai to Jakhauli stretch to reach sonepat.

On dated 9 Feb 2022, I took Duhai to Jakhauli way. At Jakhuli toll the amount deducted from my Fastag is 240 instead of 75 & when coming back on same day within 24 hours it was deducted 75 instead of 40.

So it is my request to refund my amount deducted in excess i.e. 200 rs.
