National Highways Authority Of India [NHAI] — Defense personnel ID not accepting for toll exemption at raghunath pally toll plaza

Sir, I am serving in Indian air force. Today (25 Jul 2022) While I am traveling from Kazipet to Hyderabad in my own vehicle, at raghunath pally toll plaza i have shown my ID card for toll exemption but they have denied and told me that defense personnel aren't exepted for toll tax.

So, kindly give classification on the same and pass circular to above mentioned toll plaza personnel accordingly...thank you
