National Highways Authority Of India [NHAI] — Delay in service

The NH 28 Ahmedpur Toll lane number 2 from Lucknow to Ayodhya at Barabanki, the car enters in gate without fast tag and the staff on booth makes his way back rather than charging the car. This act created a total delay of about 20 minutes to reverse all the vehicles in the que.
The staff must be trained enough to handle the situation as we don't pay the toll charges to bear delays.
Hope this will not be repeated again.
