National Highways Authority Of India [NHAI] — demanding for slip

I was travelling from hyderabad to vangoor village. I took the toll ticket at nhai kadthal toll plaza for up and down journey. Where the nhai having online entry in the system they have made to wait for 10min to show me the slip where i lost the slip and using the abused words at me and telling to pay the amount. I request you to take action on them.

I am going to allahabad from hyderabad on 21 may 19. Early morning my car got accident at Echoda near Adilabad due to a big stone lying at mid road.70% parts of lower side damage. It is fully niglegency of patrol party.

Rao tula marg purana basant gaon joh highway dwarka or gurgaon ki taraf jata hein uske niche ki jaha se highway start hota or masjid tak ki sari lights kharab padi hein kal raat ko meri bike sleep ho gai thi please waha ki lights repair karwa dijiye
