National Highways Authority Of India [NHAI] — Despite a delay of more than 15 minutes, toll was deducted from my account

I was at Chandwad, Nashik, Maharashtra toll plaza on 11th Aug 2022, 6:13 pm. There was a truck in front of my car which had some fasttag issues and they made all cars in that row to go back for that truck to be out of that lane. This took more than 15 minutes. So I requested the toll person not to charge my vehicle against toll. But he deferred after agreeing to do so. So please revert ₹ 165 to my account which I had paid at toll plaza.
