National Highways Authority Of India [NHAI] — Devihalli Toll Booth Personnel Misbehaviour

I travelled today ie., 08 May 21 from Bangalore to Kodagu in my personal vehicle and crossed Devihalli Toll Booth in Karnataka at around 0645h.

I being a serving Army Officer with a valid Service Identity Card, the toll booth operator refused to allow me to pass without scanning my I card.

When I told them that I card is a confidential document and cannot be scanned, he insisted on payment. When I tried to convince them, they threatened to thrash me and all of them ganged up in a threatening manner.

Request this could be looked into so that Defence personnel are not threatened and intimidated
