I am coming from meerut (UP) to Muzaffarnagar (UP) via WUPTL Plaza at sivaya (Meerut UP). at[protected] time 5.30PM. my car have HDFC Fast tag (wallet ID- [protected]) When my car reach at collection point Toll employees told me that my fast tag is blacklisted because of no fund available in Fast tag.they told me to go in cash line and pay double. when i told them that i my fast tag have around 1000/- balance they misbehave with me and told to pay immediately double of toll. i reverse my car and go to another fast tag lane. they again come there and abusing my driver and scolding loudly. i again intervene and told to show the message of blacklisted. then they again demand double toll. after my insist to show the blacklist message, another employee come and say ok give normal toll and i pay normal toll there. but later i found that toll is already deducted from my fast tag and they also collected toll in cash from me. i have receipt of cash toll and toll deducted from my account. both are same time and date for same vehicle. i want to complaint about double deduction of toll and also want to complaint about behavior of toll employees. they behave like bouncers.
