National Highways Authority Of India [NHAI] — double deduction of fastag

Hi sir/madam,
I was double deducted on my fastag while coming to hyderabad at pantangi toll plaza. I was asked to go to other lane as the fastag exclusive lane gate didn't open. I had to wait another 10mins in the other lane before i was told to go. But after a while i got the sms of double deduction. How can they double charge a vehicle going in the same direction towards hyderabad within 10mins. Here are my transction id for your reference.
