National Highways Authority Of India [NHAI] — Double Deduction of Toll through Fastag

It is to inform that while travelling from Udhampur to Jammu and while crossing the toll at Bann there was double deduction of toll @ Rs 155/- (screenshot enclosed) which has not been refunded till date. So it is requested to initiate the refund of Rs 155/- asap.
