While traveling from karla to navi mumbai. We paid 138 cash as the toll collector said there was a problem with fastag and he took cash from us. As we reached kalaphur toll and showed the cash receipt and passed by later we realised that the money was deducted from our paytm wallet also mobile no. [protected]. This is the 3rd time it has happened to us. They are cheating people this way and taking double toll.

Updated by Esther Fernandes We were travelling today from karla to navi mumbai and paid a toll of rs185/-at the khuzgaon toll plaza. We wanted to pay by fastag but he said the money was not reflecting due to system error and we had to pay cash. As we moved ahead at khopoli toll we showed them the receipt and moved ahead only to realise that our money was again deducted. This is the 3rd time we are having a problem. We r charged double toll and there is no way to get it back. Appreciate i[censored] can look into this matter. Regards sundeep menezes

We paid toll of rs.138/-at kusgaon toll naka via cash as the tollcollector said there is some problem with fastag payment thru paytm. And we had to pay cash. We moved ahead to kalaphur toll naka and showed the collector the toll receipt. And move ahead only to realise that our toll was again deducted from our paytm [protected]. Appreciate i[censored] can look into this matter as it's the 3rd time we are facing the problem of double toll. This time went thru the cash line at kalaphur still money got deducted. Please look into it and help us to get a refund. Attaching the slip and paytm transaction from the mobile.
