National Highways Authority Of India [NHAI] — Establishing more toll plaza on agra delhi highway

When I am going from agra to delhi there is two toll plaza, one is at mathura and second is at palwal. But before 20 km from palwal there is toll plaza establishing and after palwal aprox 30 km distance there is also one toll plaza establishing. But by rules the distance between toll plaza should be 60 km. I dont know hiw much money you want from us.
