National Highways Authority Of India [NHAI] — Excess Toll

On 25.07.2021, I'm travelling up n down to Nasik - Igatpuri - Nasik. I have been charged ₹.120/- @ 3:32 p.m. and again ₹.120/- @ 06: 45 pm, for a journey done on same day within 24 hours. (MH12MB6704)
Complaint raised on 25.07.2021.

2. "Paid Rs 120.0 toll for MH12MB6704 at Ghoti on 25 Jul 2021, 06:45 PM. TxnId: 0010012107252049047980."

No Communication reply and solution received.
