I have fixed fastagg in my car. Yesterday (26dec18) when i travelled between the toll gates vanagaram and surapattu in chennai, i have been charged two times. Instead of 85 rupees for up and down travel, i have been charged rs. 165 just because i have the fastagg installed in my car. My relatives who travelled besides me and do not have the fastagg installed, paid only rs.85 where as i have paid rs.165 from my fastagg account. I kindly request the authorities to kindly check and reimburse the excess. Thanks.

On NH 34 hevy rush on road
We are facing problem since 4 hours
We are getting too late
We dont know the problem and what is the solution i am also complaint on 1033 helpline
So please check the route and clear it soon
