National Highways Authority Of India [NHAI] — excess toll deducted from fastag at rohad toll plaza

On dated 01/12/2019 i crossed the rohad toll plaza and paid rs 95/- for return journey vide ticket no 136728aa from booth no l10. But while returning i have purchased the fast tag and got pasted the sticker on the front glass. When i crossed the toll through booth l2 rs 60/- was deducetd also from the fast tag account. Therefore, you are requested to arrange for the refund of the extra amount deducted.

They are collecting from fast tag nd cash also for same car at tundlla toll plaza rs 55 two times deducted from my side sir plz don't do this resolve my problem nd give me my money back

rohan rajdeep is the current toll operator here
the water sanitization or poor maintanece is main reason of the complaint

this is the problem for last few years
