National Highways Authority Of India [NHAI] — Exempted fastag applied on 22march,2022

I am rajender singh and i have aplied on the portal nhai.gov.in for the exempted fastag but they did not give any information about it.now it has been 2 months.but they are not givig any response to me.
please issue y fatsag at the earliest so that i can use the services of the exempted fastag at the earliest.
