I travelled from jalandhar to patiala through toll plaza station on satluj river. At toll plaza, i waited for more than 3 minutes near about 6 minutes today on dt. I. E. 05/aug/2017. But i didn't get any exemption.

Pl. Look into this metter and do the needful as early as possible for all consumer.

Dear. Sir. I am journalist. Today traveling visakhapatnam to Vijayawada. Every toll plaza I am showing my ID card. Mostly toll plaza are not accept and they demand to collect toll fee
Please clarify journalist or eligible to free of cost at toll plaza or not

I went to Bharuch to Anand at that time i got vehicle line in toll tax and taking time more then 4 minut so why vehicle owner paying toll fees to toll plazza.
I want to clarification with govt. Letter other wise i will be file legal complaints again highway authorities.
