National Highways Authority Of India [NHAI] — exemption of toll fees within the 5 km of the destination from the toll booth

Sir/madam,

This is a request regarding the remission of toll fees within the 5km of the destination from the toll booth. I know there is a clause addressing this and we can always make monthly pass. But around 300 bucks on monthly basis really adds upto the inflation. Moreover i'm a farmer i cannot assure that i can pay the fees every month.
Hereby i propose cancellation of toll fees for the locals or locals of certain sections.
