National Highways Authority Of India [NHAI] — Extra charge paid

Due to toll machine not read my pnb fast tag physical charge 105/- to me although 55/-debited my pnb fast tag account.
I have paid 105 /- extra.
I have complained to 1033 toll free no. Complaint no. 3080880 on 6fab21 but not resolved at now on date 18/02/21.
Customer care told for wait 45 days for resolve. Same system for 45 long days.?
