National Highways Authority Of India [NHAI] — Facing to reverse the vehicle for patching fastag to pay toll

Hi,
Bring to your attention that on 1st Jan'21 on mansar toll plaza around 16:06 hrs incident happened where toll collector told me to reverse the vehicle for collect toll. Then i have to reverse my car for patching the toll collecting equipment with fasttag to pay toll.
At here we are paying 135 Rs one side but they provide totally worse services.

Please look in to the matter.
