National Highways Authority Of India [NHAI] — fast tag always malfunctioning and twice deductions of money from wallet

Since the first day of fast tag mandatory regulation, the fast tag deduction is malfunctioning and every time my tanklorries are stuck for atleast 20 mins before it can cross because the attendants of ormanghi pundag tol plaza doesn’t know or don’t want to get the process done for reasons best known to them, today also they deducted the toll twice, for one cross of the toll, this is highly unethical and deserves a so cause...
