National Highways Authority Of India [NHAI] — fast tag lane used by non-fast tag holders

Hi,

Four tolls from hassan to nelamangala, bangalore, allow non-fast tag holders which is making us (Who have fast tag) wait in queue for significant time. When asked @tolls about the same, staff is very arrogant and ignorant of the facts. Please take required action.

4 tolls:
Shantigrama, karnataka
Kadabhalli (Kirasave)
Bellur toll plaza
Nelamangala toll plaza
