National Highways Authority Of India [NHAI] — Fast Tag Toll Deducted After Being in the queue for more than 10 minutes

Hi,
I have been in the queue with just 2 vehicle in front of me at Champa Toll Plaza (Nagpur -Umrer Highway) which took more than 10 minutes to clear.
As per the SOP or toll plaza rule, the vehicles should be passed without any toll if it is being in queue for more than 10 seconds.
So I have filled a written complaint at the toll plaza. I am requesting quick resolution for this type of scene at the Toll Plaza.
