National Highways Authority Of India [NHAI] — Fastag active- not scanned at toll

This is complaint about Sarewadi toll Plaza on Pune-Solapur Highway In Maharashtra State. Our car XUV 500 with vehicle no. MH43AT7092 passed toll plaza our Fast tag is active. But on this plaza our Fast tag was not scanning due to some system issue. We were told to wait and they got gun scanner and even that did not scan the Fast tag. Another guy came and said that your fast tag is fine and no issue with it. There is system problem and wait for 2 mins. Even after 5 mins it was not resolved, after 5 mins another guy cake and said that we need to pay cash and he charged us Rs. 160 instead single charge should have been only 70 or 80 rupees. Our vehicle and Fast tag is working is fine after we called 1033 and they said that we need to register complaint against Sardewadi toll plaza. I am attaching receipt for your reference
