National Highways Authority Of India [NHAI] — Fastag deductions for locally registered vehicles

Hi Sir my self sending message, after fixing the fast tag where local toll plaza also deducting the toll fee, where my vehicle is registered with in the toll gate area. i called to `1033 who are CS team doesnt have min knowledge of rules of toll deduction. Even its not fault of that particular TOLL PLAZA, because it will automatically deducts amount from my account after scan.

where my vehicle was registered with in limits of said toll plaza

this is really loss for local residents who all are residing that particular area
i request you to look into this and provide solution and even small amount which will help us
if not been taken care we may approach consumer forum for the same
