National Highways Authority Of India [NHAI] — Fastag excess deduction

Dear sir, excess amount is deducting from my fat tag frequently
ex:1
date:[protected] TXN ID: FT[protected], Normal amount: 20rs deducted 80rs, sultanpur toll plaza
ex:1
date:[protected] TXN ID: FT[protected], Normal amount: 10rs deducted 70rs, patanchru toll

kindly recheck and do the necessary action, every time we are facing the same issue
