National Highways Authority Of India [NHAI] — fastag faulty charge

Toll operator refused to open barrier even when his fastag machine was faulty, they told me to pay cash, even after proving to them but showing them SMS of previous toll deduction they insisted that the error was at my end. The toll operator in question is the toll at kamshet, the first toll on old highway while traveling from lonavala to pune.
Please help streamline the process, the process should be automated.

I am facing huge traffic on NH 20, between Kharuara and Bakhtiarpur near Harnaut in Bihar.
Please solve the issue asap. It's taking a lot of time in just crossing 5 km distance which causes further delay. No administration or police is here to solve the issue quickly. Please take this into notice and help the public get relief from this problem.

On nh.361 at Seldoh village their is no underpass, The dilip buildcon company is making overbridge at this village and the work is going on very badly and no route for village to passing other side, please take action as early possible. Everyday here is ab acident due to onging work.

I have purchased fastag from axis bank 5 th of November 2019. But still while passing through toll it shows as blocked. Called multiple times to customer care and sent multiple mails. But no response till now and still sticker is not active. I am able to recharge and balance is 1200 rs. Here need help to raise this issue.
