National Highways Authority Of India [NHAI] — Fastag KYC pending

I had applied for fast tag kyc on last Monday. Today is 8th day as per nhai calculation, but it is still pending. I had plan to go outside from my city, how can i go in this pandemic time. Senior officers have to intervene to complete it on urgent basis.
