National Highways Authority Of India [NHAI] — Fastag kyc/closing

I have a nhai fast tag purchased in 2018. That time kyc was not needed. Know problem is that there is a spelling error in the name in the RC, i.e.Meera instead of Mira, hence I can't submit proper documents for kyc.I can not close account also as my bank account has the same mira.
Know I want to close my account to get new fast tag after correction in RC. my vehicle no is RJ27CC7759. But nhai help line is unable to help to make a way to get out from this problem. Iam trying from last two months by one way to another way.please guide me, I am a 69 years old lady.
