National Highways Authority Of India [NHAI] — Fastag money deducted without travelling

I have registered following complains till date.

I am gabing fast tag from icici bank.
My costumer id is 13216267
My name.Kamlesh gohel
My car no. Gj03ER3288.
My car is in Rajkot.I have not travel outside the rajkot city.but as shown in complain money is deducted from my fast tag account.and also today it is contunie.
Call center is not properly responding.not giving any information regarding my complaint.they are nighter giving higher authority's contact nor any guidance how to resolve my problem.
My car is in rajkot and deduction of toll is from maharashtra toll plaza.I have bought some one is using my fast tag account .
You are requested to resolve my problem immediately.
