National Highways Authority Of India [NHAI] — fastag should implement a logic to charge less when the vehicle returns through the same toll within 24 hours

Hello sir / madam,

I was charged rs.40 each for 2 way trip (Trip numbers for reference are[protected] and[protected] in the toll plaza vanagaram, chennai. Had i purchased it using cash, i would have been charged rs.60 for the return trip.

Fastag should implement a programmable logic to charge lesser when the vehicle returns through the same toll within 24 hours to maintain the toll charges same as before implementing fastag.

Otherwise, i see this as an increase in toll charges punishing the people who wanted to help nhai by going digital.
