National Highways Authority Of India [NHAI] — Fastag system not working and misbehaving of the staff

I am writing this report to complaint about your toll plaza staff(on Muzaffarpur-Sitamarhi, National Highway 77). I am listing the following troubles we faced at the toll plaza this afternoon:-

1. The fastag machine was not working.
2. We asked the cabin staff(Rajendra
Prasad) to check the machine
again, he started misbehaving
with my driver and when my father
try to speak with him he started
abusing him and he also gathered
his colleagues to get involved in
physical fight.

After this incident my mother feels very uncomfortable ( reference to insecure).
I request the authority to please ensure quick action on this incident. Your earliest action will prevent this same situation to general public too.
