National Highways Authority Of India [NHAI] — Fastag: toll plaza demanding cash citing low balance

Was denied passage citing blacklisted fastag/ low balance at guabari toll plaza (WB) on 08.04.2022 around 9:30 pm while coming to coochbehar from kokrajhar, Assam. However, my balance was 80 rs. and the required was toll was only 45 rs. However, I recharged my idfc wallet with 500. But again I was denied passage and they asked for cash ( 90 rs.). After heated debate, finally they agreed to deduct toll via fastag on 9:48 pm.
