National Highways Authority Of India [NHAI] — Fastag transaction related

I had raised a complain with complain no. 7028860 on[protected] against a fasttag deduction of Rs.130/- at Nazirakhat toll plaza of Assam for a journey not conducted by my vehicle no. AS02X5535. I had raised the complaint by calling the helpline no. 1033 on the same day. I had uploaded all the required images through WhatsApp except the back side of RC as the same was not available in my mobile at that time and I stayed away from my home. So, on[protected] I had raised a fresh complaint again with complain no. 7166482 by submitting all the documents through WhatsApp. But my complaint has been closed without refunding the amount by saying that I have submitted the documents lately.
