National Highways Authority Of India [NHAI] — for not exempting the fastag on military card

I am working in indian army & crossed dahar toll on[protected] and the toll members not exempted my car toll (Car no. Hr14n-6907) and deducted my rs.90/- amount from my account. And there way of talking of line staff is bad.
So being a military person in working position, i requested to please refund my amount and proper guide the staff about way of talking.
