National Highways Authority Of India [NHAI] — Force to pay double payment offline ..

Yesterday I had crossed toll of AKALTARA C.G N49
Near 12.05 pm.
I have to wait to cross the toll plaza more than 30min. that counter person said new rule about fasttag that if you recharge immediately than you have to wait for 30min other wise pay double amount offline and go.is that any rule ?

I want resolution of this issue asap

No there is no such rule. The same thing was told to me. However, as i was traveling at a non-rush hour when i confronted them...the person from another booth came and when he scanned the fast tag, i got access immediately.
It is not a rule! They are either inefficient or just lazy.
