National Highways Authority Of India [NHAI] — forced to take full toll again, even have return journey toll.

During my journey on 23 sept 2017 from pune to satara, i have taken return journey toll of rs. 130, due to some unavoidable reason & traffic jam i was reached late at toll at khedshivapur.
Even i have return journey toll, the toll booth person forced me to pay full toll again i. E rs. 85.

I tried to convince him about the same but he treated me rudely, i logged complaint over the toll booth office but no use.

Even taking return toll, they charged me again full toll, not even considered by return journey toll, this is loot of toll person,

Requesting you to take it up & give justice.
