My fastaglogin id was blocked on 7jun. I contacted a toll free number [protected] from the internet to file my complain. I was told that the account was blacklisted due to no kyc updation so the person sent me an google document link to file my details along with my credit card details. I got a message that a huge amount of money have been deducted from my card. When i asked the person about that he said its for verification purpose and the amount will be debited back if it has been accidently credited. I got another message that the payment was declined which eased the situation and dint require any immediate action to block the card. At 9th jun my account has huge amouny of outstanding balance whoch was made on 7th jun. I have tried to contact the tollfree number again which was not of much use and now i have blocked the card.
